Had a less than perfect record of meeting tax demands. They were under threat of a winding up petition, but polite and dogged negotiation with HMRC, despite initial outright refusals to discuss any type of payment plan, led to an extending time to pay arrangement, and a successful conclusion. One of the pre- conditions of the agreement from HMRC was that all future matters were kept up to date, and the firm have been actively involved in the cash flow management and preparation of underlying figures, to ensure that accurate tax payments are made when due.
