Came to us with a brewing dispute between the shareholders connected with their respective rights, and the payment of dividends. It soon became clear that the primary problem was one of communication between the parties, and careful explanation of the principles of dividends, alphabet shares, and profit retentions resolved a potentially damaging sequence of events.
